Friday February 26, 2010

Last night I did some push ups on the wall; some curls with dumbbells; and some triceps raises on a chair. This was an accomplishment for me. I dislike strength training but I know it will help me strengthen my core and improve my running form.
The temperature during today's run was 56 degrees. I ran my scheduled two miles.
My pace was 17 minutes.
